Welcome, Bilbao @ GISNY!
After ten unforgettable days exploring the cultural and natural treasures of Bilbao — including the iconic Guggenheim Museum pictured below — our ten students and their chaperone, Ms. Encinas, returned last night, accompanied by their exchange partners from Bilbao, and their chaperone, Mr. Siegel.
Today, they were warmly welcomed by our principal, Mr. Ovelgönne, and got their first impressions of our beloved school community. Tomorrow, the adventure continues with a trip to New York City, where our guests will experience the energy and excitement of the city that never sleeps. We’re thrilled to show them the place we call home!
