A strong school community depends on the active engagement of its members. As we move forward with these ambitious goals, we are also looking for members of our community who would like to contribute their time, experience, and perspective to the GISNY Board of Trustees. We would also like to take this opportunity to encourage all members of the GISNY Corporation to attend our Annual Corporation meeting on December 9. There, we will provide more insight into the strategic priorities, update the community on the school’s financials, and elect members of the Board of Trustees. Your in-person participation will be much appreciated by the Board of Trustees and School Leadership!

A New Milestone in STEM Education

Another exciting development is GISNY’s approval to join MINT-EC, a prestigious German network of schools focused on mathematics, informatics, the natural sciences, and technology. Our membership will provide new opportunities for our students and teachers to connect with other schools, participate in academic programs and competitions, and further strengthen our STEM offerings.

Spaces for Learning: Phase II Completed

After another intensive summer of construction, our students returned to improved learning spaces and upgraded facilities designed to support teaching, learning, and student well-being.

We are grateful to everyone who contributed to making this project possible and especially appreciate the patience, flexibility, and dedication of our faculty, staff, families, and students throughout the process.
