Second Round of the Mathe-Olympiade

Each year, many of our students from both the Lower and Upper Schools participate in the Mathe-Olympiade, a nationwide German math competition that challenges creative problem-solving and logical thinking. The competition consists of several rounds, starting with school-based assignments and progressing to more advanced regional levels.

Today, several students in Lower School and Upper School participated in the second round of tests.

GISNY has proudly participated for many years, with our students often achieving impressive results and demonstrating their strong mathematical reasoning. Unfortunately, due to the in-person nature of the final round in Germany, our students cannot take part in the fourth and last stage of the competition.

Nevertheless, we celebrate their enthusiasm, dedication, and outstanding performance in representing GISNY in this challenging academic contest!
