Fundraising at GISNY
As with most independent schools in the United States, tuition alone does not cover the full cost of GISNY's annual operating expenses. Contributions help to bridge this gap and provide crucial funding to sustain GISNY's mission: Challenge our students to take advantage of the rigorous academic instruction with emphasis on critical thinking, as well as the multi-lingual, cross-cultural setting, to grow into socially and environmentally aware global citizens.
Philanthropy solidifies GISNY as a community of shared values committed to our students’ bright future and allows us to achieve on-going and long-term sustainability goals. Your financial donations help to:
- retain highly skilled faculty members and support their professional development,
- support and expand academic programs such as the Nature-based Kindergarten, Junior Engineering Academy, and our language focused elective “Express Yourself”,
- adapt, expand, and revitalize campus facilities to accommodate new teaching methods, advancing technology, and our growing population, among other things.
A thriving GISNY depends on the generosity of our community. From parents, trustees, teachers, and staff to alumni, their families, and friends, every person plays a significant role in our present and future.
Your participation is key to this success!
